Returns and Refunds

In the unlikely case of a damaged, faulty or wrong item, please email us at info@bastionofmen.com stating your order number and attaching photo of the damaged, faulty or wrong item within 7 days of receiving your order. We cannot help you after this period as we are a print on demand shop limited by our supplier requirements. Thank you for understanding.

If the incorrect item is confirmed, we will send you the right item 100% free of charge or make a full refund, including shipping.

If the damage or fault is clear on the photo, we will send you a new item 100% free of charge or make a full refund, including shipping.

WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS IF:

A 'change of mind' or wrong size or color selection on your part, because we print on demand & do not hold stock.
The item(s) have been worn or washed.
The item(s) have been altered in any way.
The item(s) are in any way defective from the original and salable condition unless the condition is our fault.
The item(s) do not have the original tags on them.

CANCELLATIONS:

Orders may be cancelled if they have not entered into the printing process. All apparel Is printed to order. Orders that have entered printing will be fulfilled normally and may not be cancelled.
